Medical telehealth services are provided to patients located in Nevada, where I am licensed as an APRN, FNP. Lactation support services are available nationwide in all 50 states through my certification as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC).
Membership at Found Wellness provides ongoing, personalized care tailored to your needs. You’ll start with a comprehensive consultation, followed by a customized plan that may include hormones, weight loss, functional medicine, and peptides. Membership includes follow-ups, lab review, treatment adjustments, and direct access for support, with a 3-month minimum to allow for proper optimization and results.
No, labs are not required before your first visit. If you have any recent labs (within the last 60 days), you’re encouraged to bring them so we can review and determine what additional testing may be needed to complete the full picture.
We offer 10% off select services for active duty military and veterans. This includes 10% off functional medicine evaluations, IV therapy services, and at-home NAD+ therapy.
